I read a review of a similar product by an ent, and he said this kind of device would destroy the delicate cartilage in a nose. how is this different?

Thanks for your interest in our products.  There are many different nasal dilators and most nasal dilators can't be compared with others. The only comparison is that all nasal dilators have the goal of improving breathing through the nose.  The AIRMAX Nasal Dilator can't be compared with other nasal dilators because the AIRMAX is unique. As an example, an AIRMAX nasal dilator with a medical material can feel and perform completely different then, for example, a cheap hard plastic nasal dilator. The medically certified material and the shape of the AIRMAX have shown in a risk analysis that they do not pose any risk to the nose or the delicate cartilage in the nose. My airmax nasal dilator slipped off at night. is this normal? how can i prevent this? thanks

I bought the medium clear, and while it helps me fall asleep, it falls out of my nose during the night - should have I bought another size?

I'm happy to help.  Does it feel like the fit is too snug?  If so, it might be working itself loose through the night.  There's also a good chance that you are not used to it yet and are unknowingly removing it in your sleep (it happens).  Depending on your answer, you might be a candidate for the small size. The AIRMAX Nasal Dilator should last a substantial period of time if cleaned regularly and stored in a cool, dry environment. For hygienic reasons, we recommend you replace your device every 60-90 days.  For just a few more dollars, we also offer a trail pack version that includes 1 medium and 1 small, so you can try both sizes and use the one that fits best.
