Bought this due to suffering with RSI from work. I work with hundreds of computers and lots of other machinery which is physically demanding to the hands and wrists, and after wearing this, I have definitely felt an improvement in comfort. It hasn't cured my RSI, as I already had it quite bad, however, it helps relieve a lot of pain and can definitely help prevent RSI if you don't have it. Its comfortable. It states not to wash in the washing machine, but I've accidently put mine in twice now, and the velcro hasn't lost its effect at all, but of course, this doesn't make it okay to washing machine wash all the time! Overall, great product for the price, would recommend to anyone who suffers with wrist, hand and even lower arm injuries, and for those who want to take preventative measures.

I use them very often and they help me minimise the pain.

I have purchased these wrist supports for my wife a second time because she found the the first ones very good for support and good value.

Found it a bit to big

Currently i have tendonitis, so for under £10 why not? First few times a wrapped it was just feeling wierd on my thumb, but i foumd the trick just copy the video and adjust slightly to fimd your fit. This is making everyday tasks smoother, easy and with less pain (sometimes none). Great buy for the price and would recommend to anyone. Unless you have the hands of groot!

la consiglio più per prevenire eventuali patologia di polso che per la riabilitazione da esse, ricordo infatti che è una semplice fascia elastica non un ortesi, non offre vincoli ferrei ai movimenti antalgici, ma fornisce più una guida e un aiuto nel limitare la mobilità. il materiale è buono, quella nuova è anche leggermente più larga, risultando più avvolgente, tenuta salda del velcro e facile da lavare. personalmente la uso da anni (la versione vecchia e da qualche settimana quella nuova) in palestra al posto delle polsiere specifiche poiché la trovo più confortevole e sufficiente nel sostegno offerto (allenamento livello medio-alto, per carichi elevati è obbligatorio utilizzare polsiere adeguate).

Está muy bien, la única pega que pongo es que al estirar la cinta se queda mas estrella que la parte que pega el belcro y raspa un poco.
