Does it tangle

I wrapped mine around the handles so it has some curl too it. I do Plyos with it and even with a tiny bit of tangle it's not anything that has disrupted my workout. And maybe if I always kept it straight that would not happen...

Question 3

In some reviews it's said that after adjusting the rope to the ideal length, it's possible to go back and adjust to a longer length. How is that?

Dear Karen, Thank you for your question. The handles of the Limm Jump Rope have removable caps and are hollow inside, allowing some rope to be stored there. Adjustable plastic pieces clip on to the rope and fix its length. We suggest you cut any excess rope, leaving around 1'' of rope after the plastic piece. If you follow this suggestion, you are guaranteed a smooth swing. Some of our customers, however, are leaving more than just 1" inside the handles so that family members of different heights can also use the rope since it's so easy to adjust. If by leaving more than 1'' you feel that the swing is still smooth then you can go ahead and do it. But what can happen is that the excess rope in the handle tangles or causes friction and thereby prevents the rope from turning smoothly with the ball bearings. How do you change the length

Thank you for your question.

The handles of the Limm Jump Rope have removable caps and are hollow inside so you just have to store some excess rope inside to adjust its length based on what you need. There's an adjustable plastic pieces clip on to the rope to fix its length. We suggest you cut any excess rope, leaving around 1'' of rope after the plastic piece.
