Canfield 60/40 solder for stained glass

Canfield solder always worked well for me. It melts well and flows easily. It always seems to be pure and you have no impurities floating to the surface while soldering. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Good product, but I didnt notice that about 2 feet of product is missing from the spool. I came back to look at the listing, and sure enough, its missing a bunch in the listing. I guess this is the equivalent to shrinking candy bars but keeping the same price. Kind of scrappy. Will be looking at other brands

It’s a good product for soldering stained glass. I use the copper foil method which requires more soldering.

Works perfectly

Solder for stained glass or random other projects. When reading other reviews a few have mentioned about the weight so when the 2 I ordered arrived I weighted both to see. Both were almost identical and flicking between the same and .002 different they allow 21 grams or 0.0462971 pound for the weight of the plastic holder. Here in Australia is was cheaper than buying from the local shop, even though I try and support local the price difference was too much so here I am. Overall flowed well and no major issues. It is as it is. Will I buy again? Maybe depends on price.
