This OCAJP book is enough to pass your Oracle exam comfortably. But still I think that there are few topics like Exception handling which are not explained in detailed. Otherwise a good read. Also if you are new to Java don't buy this until you become familiar with the Rules and Syntax of Java. /*Print of the book is exceptional.*/

To pass OCAJP you just need this one book....and nothing else. Wish I could have thanked the writers personally for writing this one out...its that great !

The Companion for OCA certification
I started to get into programming on a serious note quite lately and so I thought of doing certification on any programming language and with some advice from colleagues I selected Java. I referred to this book for my 80% of my preparation. I passed OCA certification today and words cant describe how much greatful I'm to this book. If you want to pass OCA I would suggest anyone to grab this book.

The content is good but the ebook layout is very bad
In parts where the java code exists, the image is too small. I have to click on it all the time. The layout was poorly done by the editors.

Pase con 92!
El libro viene muy completo. Posiblemente se requiere estudiar un poco más de la parte de java.time. El simulador y las preguntas después de cada capítulo estan mucho más difíciles que en el examen. Si se te facilitan esas preguntas y pasas los exámenes del simulador será muy probable que saques buena calificación en el examen.
