Ok so I got brave and ordered a new couch. Ours was old and broken and just too soft already and even thought it looked ok, it just was not comfortable. My husband said ,,this is too cheap to be a good couch,, after I ordered this one but i loved the color and i love how it has big storage and can be made into a giant bed so i got brave and got it. It came very quickly, today is saturday and it was supposed to come next wednesday but it came today and i just ordered it on thursday. I had a coffee and got into the tedious assembly which wasn't so bad even for me as a woman, just a lot of little screws and holes. The manual was pretty straight forward and everything lined up very nicely. I was done in one afternoon but here is the thing... Someone thought it would be a good idea to stuff two of the back pillows into the arm rests and velcro a bottom to it. So at first i thought that they shorted me 2 pillows, i was about to go contact the customer support and ask but first i wanted to connect the plug and i had to find it.... That's when i discovered the pillows. Unfortunately they were inflated back to normal size and so me and hubby had to pick up the entire couch, stand it up on its back and he had to pull the pillows out. We build cabinets so we are used to things being hard and difficult but we were struggling. If you are reading this and you want to order this couch, go ahead, it is comfortable, looks great and has a lot of storage but DO TAKE THE PILLOWS OUT OF THE ARM RESTS BEFORE YOU PUT THE WHOLE COUCH TOGETHER. Don't be like us :D

Great for the price of it! We’ve had it for a few weeks now and i’m super impressed. definitely not a sink into couch, you set pretty firmly on it but I enjoy it. Easy to put together, everything works, and looks very nice. the wooden slats under the cushions do worry me about breaking of you have someone jump on the couch or a very large person “plop” down on it. all in all though, it’s been great for my family, including the rowdy 2 year old. definitely recommend if you’re looking for something nice on a budget.

Sofa is really comfy and right size for my family room for my whole family to watch Tv. The back reclining function is really amazing and helpful to make a bed. There are two reasons for giving only 4 stars. One is hassle during assembly because of the cushion inside the armrests and small hardwares are not at all labeled which took us more time to figure which screws will go where to which make our process longer finish it. Another reason is after finished putting all the cushions on the sofa we can still see the studs from the side of the sofa which makes the look bad. Overall we all family enjoys the sofa

Love this couch! It is firm but still comfortable. It took 3 of us an hour to assemble. But not overly complicated.

I hate this couch. I would return it if it wasn't such a pain to put together. Not worth the money at all. Hard as bricks. Cheap. Don't waste your time or money.

I have had this for 4 months and I absolutely love it. Its perfect for my space and pretty comfortable too. It looks great in my studio. Holds 5 people no problem. Definitely worth the price. Soo far, its sturdy enough. The instructions made ut easy to assemble.

Couch came in 2 boxes, arrived much faster than the estimated delivery date. Parts were packaged well, and the directions were good. The quality of the material is much higher than I expected at this price. Assembly was straight forward, the cushions puffed up enough in the first couple hours to use right away. I'd order again, or recommend to others.

Great couch for the price, you have to let the cushions fully foam up before you judge it, it was fairly easy to set up. It is on the firmer side but still really comfortable
