I rarely come back to update reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved. I purchased these water shoes in 2020, and after years of consistent use (beach trips, pools, water parks), they are still in amazing condition. No exaggeration—they look almost like new. That alone tells you how well-made and durable they are. Fit & Comfort: These feel like a second skin. They hug your feet like a sock—secure, snug, and extremely comfortable. No slipping, no awkward looseness, and no discomfort even after long wear. Design & Ease of Use: The elastic lace with the rubber toggle is incredibly convenient. You can slip them on in seconds, adjust easily, and they stay perfectly in place. Performance: They hold up beautifully in water and on different surfaces. Great grip, lightweight, and reliable whether you're at the beach or walking around wet areas. Bottom line: If you want water shoes that actually last, fit perfectly, and perform exactly as expected, these are a fantastic choice. This is one of those rare purchases that truly stands the test of time. Highly recommend — I would buy them again without hesitation.

These shoes are surprisingly some of the best shoes I’ve ever bought!! They’re very light weight, nice wide/square toe so they don't hurt your feet. They’re water shoes but I use them for everyday walking and for my workouts as they have great traction & I find them true to fit. Bought two colors…the purple pizzazz & the electric green version & have gotten numerous complements on how cute & comfy they look! Glad I found them & am likely to buy them again in the future👍

Bought these for my husband for summer fishing. He likes the traction on slippery surfaces. Lightweight for summer. He usually wears a 12 wide but these have been comfortable. The water stretches them out a bit. Not sure how long they will last with saltwater- he washes them down afterwards. They dry pretty quickly. Overall happy with them. Great price. Would recommend. Only reason for 4 stars is possible lack of durability. But price is worth it.

I bought like four different pairs of barefoot shoes to try. I always go back to these and basically never take them off. I have been a devoted wearer of snooty high-end athletic shoes but have found my feet still hurt. I wondered if a barefoot style with a wide toe box would be good. Well, these babies are just screaming to be on your feet. They are very light weight - and I worried that my feet would hurt, like in my mind I figured I needed so much more material around my feet. You don't. All of a sudden, your feet are free - yet stylish and concealed and ready for the world. I do not slip in these (others I find are not very good in that department - these excel in keeping you grounded) I have taken them to the ocean and in the garden, I don't need to worry about getting them wet because they are basically designed to take you into aquatic situations. I have worn these nearly every day and after two months they still show no signs of wear. I got them dirty and simply washed them with gentle detergent and they rinsed and dried nicely like new. I have not experienced anything like blisters or callouses which I figured would happen. These are such champs for my hooves that I intend to buy their other styles. I ordinarly wear a 7.5 or 8 in women's, and went for the 8.5 and I have never been happier. So for total toe freedom, you may want to opt for a half size larger than your ordinarily wear.

I ordered these for a week-long trip to an active beach/pool/water sport resort. I am grossed-out by walking barefoot in public places where other people walk barefoot. Stepping in water dripping from people is even more disgusting to me. In addition to the aspects above, I used them when snorkeling to avoid stepping directly on rocks and when jet-skiing. They also work for avoiding hot sand and pavement. My goal was to get a week of use out of these, as I assumed they would fall apart after a week of almost all day use. But they exceeded my expectations. In addition to them being constructed well, they had a flexible rubber insert that was easily removable for washing out sand at the end of the day. These dried-out nearly completely just from sitting on the balcony overnight. Although these have a sporty "sneaker" look to them which I liked, keep in mind these are "water shoes" and intended to be worn where one would normally be barefoot (in or around a pool, beach, jet-skiing, standing on line for a water slide, etc.). They are not a substitute for flip-flops or Crocs that you'd wear outside of a wet area. Again, don't be a dufus and wear them out on the street, in a restaurant, etc. - wear them where it's acceptable to be barefoot. The tops and sides are constructed well, but are a thin elastic, breathable fabric that dries quick. In addition to the rubberized inserts I mentioned, the soles are an additional layer of rubber, however, they are still thin enough to "feel" what you are walking on (a wood deck, gravel, etc.) without the direct discomfort. But unlike other reviewers, don't think these will give you traction like Spiderman - if you're walking on river rocks or any other slippery surface - make your way cautiously as you would under normal circumstances. I suggest experimenting with the sizes - some stated they were true to size, but they ran large for me. I purposely ordered mine a few weeks before I needed them and had to return them for a smaller size - they weren't even close for me. I wear a size 12 sneaker and ordered these in a men's 12 and they were well over an inch too big. They were so big I assumed one size wouldn't help, so I ended up getting a size 10 and they fit perfect. NOTE: I purchased this item on Amazon for full price and have no affiliation to the seller. Got them for use in walking in the creek, wear them all the time!!! It's hard to keep my son in shoes, these he likes to wear. I wound up getting another pair for him so he can have his beat up pair and a nice pair. We live on a farm, my son is 12 and hard on shoes and even after a very active summer of use, his shoes have just a small hole by his little toe, where he snagged the shoe on something. I got a pair for myself, and quickly decided to got a spare. My original pair is still in perfect condition, I just love them so much I didn't want to risk not being able to get it later when this pair eventually wears out. I use the same pair around the farm and in town. Just a quick hose off and air dry and look brand new. The inside liner is still attached not rolling up or anything, but that's not where the shoes cushion is found. It's actually the soft rubber sole that cushions the foot. I have jogged in them on rough uneven surfaces (drought hardened ground) as well as on concrete and my feet don't feel the impact. They are comfortable with or without socks. Both my son and I have normal heels but wide balls of the feet, these fit us perfectly. They fit my sister too, who has narrow feet as well. The shoe material is stretchy. The sole is very flexible. If you are looking for a water or shower shoe this shoe would be a good choice, handles wet slippery surfices well. If you want a shoe for exploring along a shore, or a creek, this one works great! Also makes a nice walking shoe. Only thing it doesn't do very well is protect your foot when a goat or sheep steps on it. Will definetely still feel that hoof. But the shoe doesn't tear and it looks just fine when the stupid thing gets off.

I’ve had these for a couple of years. I wear them frequently. I wore them every day for two weeks while camping, they have held up very well. I recently ordered the dark blue version. The styling is a different. I prefer these and just ordered another pair. I’ve recently had balance issues and started wearing these versus dedicated barefoot shoes. Dedicated barefoot shoes generally have very thin soles that don’t hold up well. I recommend these for everyday use and for anyone looking for a durable barefoot shoe.

After the first wear, I am starting to show signs of the material coming away from the rubber at the front. I have returned for a refund

Advised by reviewers to get a half size down, which means they cling well and don't fall off in the water. Worked well. So elastic this is not a problem. They feel very good, nice padding (may get thin with time but pretty nice right now!) An arch support in the foam liner would be a nice touch, if anyone who makes them is listening. Darn they feel nice. Drain quickly but do NOT DRY FAST! not even over night! Surprising! Oh well, if you are going to use them to get your feet wet anyway, then I suppose even consecutive days of use won't be an issue. I dry them in the sun in case it is needed to sterilize any fungus. Liners are removable.
