This stuff is awesome and yes higher upfront cost, but long term way cheaper as per application cost is very low.

This is a great option for the spring/later fall pre emergent applications to prevent future weeds. Just make sure you're rotating your active ingredient between seasons. Great product. Best application is to apply this as a sprayed in application and watered in shortly after. Try not to apply this if there is heavy rain forecasted or if you cannot water the product in correctly.

Tried for the first time this spring up here on Long Island New York. Sprayed the front yard in the begining of March. No weeds yet. Not one dandelion, clover or anua poa. It is now June 1st and I am going to do a light application before any crabgrass wants to poke thru. I will then reapply in early November after I oversees. I don't know if this stunts grass growth or not but I didn't apply any in the back and it seems that my front yard, where I applied this stuff, doesn't grow as fast as my back yard.

This worked great. Highly recommend it. Zero bindweed or dandelions so far. Please note...... you have to water your lawn before using it so the seeds of weeds germinate! I watered the lawn and the rock borders 3x in one day before I used this. Also....add some food dye to the solution in case you're missing overlapping hand spraying. My lawn was brown and added several drops of green food dye to help.

Seems to do a good job of preventing crabgrass. I found that if you mix it in a 5 gallon bucket and spray with a hose and electric pump, it is quick and easy. This is by far the most economical way to apply pre-emergent, only costs a few dollars per application and the jug of granules will last many years

First time using this and it is amazing. Highly recommend. Amazing product.
