Not good. I ordered a battery. When I opened it, it looked "used"(scuffs/scratches) and would only charge to 14% so returned it for a replacement. I received the replacement today. SAME PROBLEM. It looks used and only charges to 44%.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. I slid it in to my Eureka Reactisense 440 and it worked perfectly and with 100% charge.

Although I think this replacement battery is pricey, it’s a nice accessory for the vacuum cleaner. When one battery wears out, it’s easy to switch out with this one. The battery life for both batteries isn’t very long - not meant for whole house. Good for spot cleaning. Easy to use
