This is a reliable water flosser. I have had this one for over 3 years and used at least 2 times a day. One of the charging prongs weakened and broke off when I cleaned it or this water flosser would still be going. I found the speed and pressure to be very good, and it cleaned my teeth profoundly better than flossing. It has been easy to use, easy to charge, which remains strong and lasts for days into over a week. One suggestion is to be sure to protect the charging port by using the rubber plug that keeps it dry while in use. Otherwise, water will cause corrosive buildup and shorten the life of this water flosser. I am purposely purchasing it again because I had 3 years of very satisfied use and hope to gain even more now that I know to plug that port consistently.

Product is good but it last only year and a half however the customer service is very good. They honor the warranty of 24 months and send a replacement water flossers.

Last one lasted 4 years until my husband dropped it. Very good flosser and great price. Cleans teeth in places you can’t reach with floss and brush..like the back of front teeth.

Our other brand worked fine, until it didn't. That one was no longer available. I replaced it with this one months ago and have had no issues. I'm always surprised after brushing how much leftovers I have. I don't care for flossing so this is the perfect alternative. It's definitely part of my bedtime routine. I would buy it again. And the battery lasts a long time between recharging.

I like this flosser. It has different heads to use, holds enough water to floss all of your teeth at one time, and is easy to use. I also like the different levels of water pressure.

great value considering all the included attachments and functionality. have used the big name flossers in the past but found they were always messy, getting water everywhere and took up too much counter space. this is a nice, slim flosser. it cleans well and has a powerful stream. i could feel something was stuck in my teeth so i kept trying to push it out with the flosser and eventually did get it out on the high setting. it turned out to be part of my filling. I would not have been able to get it out without the flosser, very helpful. the battery life is incredible. like seriously incredible, only charged probably twice in 2 years and that's with nearly daily use once or twice a day. biggest issue i have with this flosser however is the fill tank. it's difficult to clean and does not dry very well. i will be replacing it with one that has a wide opening for the fill tank.

Absolutely outstanding bit of kit. The Hangsun Water Flosser has completely changed my oral routine. Start on the lowest setting. That matters. It gives you time to adjust and build tolerance. The highest setting is seriously powerful and not something to jump straight into. Cleaning performance is on another level. The amount it removes from between teeth is eye-opening. You think your mouth is clean until you use this properly. Afterwards, everything feels as clean as a professional hygienist visit. Only downside is the reservoir colour. You cannot easily see how much fluid is left, which is a small design flaw. I use it with diluted Wisdom Chlorhexidine Alcohol Mouthwash mixed with saline solution. Works extremely well. It also doubles as a sinus flush device. Again, lowest setting only. This is critical to avoid damaging nasal linings. Use only proper saline solutions for this. The results are just as impressive. What it clears out is shocking, but in a good way. Nasal passages feel completely refreshed, like a clinical rinse. Best used over a sink. Let it do its job. It comes with several attachments too. Bottom line. Extremely effective, versatile, and worth every penny. Once you use it, you will not go back.
