Love this tap! Replaced a cheaper mixer tap that had stopped working. No more cold water shocks over the head when switching from bath to shower, no dripping in between settings, easy temperature control with gradual & comfortable change from cold to hot. Sleek, stylish, simple design. Mine is deck mounted and fits well with the pillar unions I had. I also replaced my shower hose - chain-like, stretchy and very difficult to clean - with the hansgrohe shower hose, which I can also highly recommend! Extremely pleased.

Needed to replace our aging bath/shower mixer tap as the temperature control had become very stiff and difficult to move. We have some Hansgrohe bathroom accessories that we're very pleased with, and have used Hansgrohe taps when staying in hotels and thought them to be good, so decided to try one for ourselves. Fitting was straightforward enough, the tap looks good and all works well, EXCEPT that it didn't shut off properly. The drip rate was very, very slow but this was a brand new tap from a quality manufacturer, so shouldn't drip at all. I contacted Hansgrohe three times using the email address provided on their website and failed to get any response whatsoever. I ended up having to phone them and, to give credit where it's due, they sent out a new off/on valve straight away with no quibbles. This was easy to fit and fixed the problem. No more drips. We are very happy with the tap but less so with Hansgrohe customer services. Bonnie was great on the phone but why give out an email address if you have no intention of responding to it? Very poor from that aspect.

Best shower control we have ever used - in 60 years of travelling! Positive accurate action, perfect temperature control. Very well made. Expensive, very much worth the price.

Great make, great products. Big name costs more, but generally you can rely on getting a quality product. This is such an item. Very pleased and a fair price as well :-)

Beautifully weighted, no flimsy cheap wanna be metal material :), Great price and easy to install (please use a cloth to avoid scratches).The mixer is seemless, there is a locking mechanism between shower/tap option and cute metallic colours from yellowish to orange to grey on the temperature side. Sleak design and easy to keep clean and shiny. This is the 2nd mixer I've purchased from this brand the first one is still working and looking perfect after 10years.Highly Recommended.

Unfortunately this product failed after about 18 month. It was guaranteed for 5 years but didn't last even half of that time. We had used other Grohe product for many years and they were quite good, but this time weren't very lucky as it started leaking and cant find info as how after sale / guarantee process works.

En fonction depuis 2 mois. Facile à monter en remplacement, manoeuvre des robinets aisée et douce (même avec mains savonnées glissantes), étanchéité parfaite, débits d'eau respectés, réglage de température très progressif et précis possible, métal costaud et bien fini, pas d'angles vifs dangereux en cas de chute, la qualité est là. Associé avec le flexible de la marque (Hansgrohe Flexible de Douche Anti-Torsion et Anti-Pliure Isiflex 2,00m Chrome 28274000), c'est parfait et esthétique. Moins cher que dans 3 GSB très connues. Je recommande.

Después de 20 años con el grifo anterior, también de Hansgrohe, hemos instalado está grifería termostática y va de lujo. Fácil instalación e instrucciones bien claritas. Quizás lo más complicado es medir la temperatura para que la marca de 40ºC coincida con la temperatura real. Se nota que es de gran calidad y funciona a la perfección con un calentador ACS de 11 litros. Cuesta dinero pero no es caro.
