I give this three stars as of now pending further use. I have only been using the product for about a week. Early results tend to show some lower blood sugar readings but not where I want to be as of yet. After I use the whole bottle I will do a update as to my results.

Helps to Energize!!
This pill was fairly easy to swallow, it had a strong cinnamon flavor but not unbearable and didn’t have any adverse affects on my stomach. I’m not sure how this may have affected my sugar levels yet. I have always had normal blood sugar levels, but my a1c seems to be a few points higher than I would like it to be. So I figured I would try a more natural approach to lowering it along with diet change and exercise, before the doctor try’s to throw a script at me. I will say though that when I would eat any food that contained carbs before I began taking this, I would need to sleep almost instantly after. But since I have been taking this I don’t experience that anymore. So, in that respect I did definitely notice a change. But will update after my next appointment for labs! Update: I went for my labs, my previous a1c level was 5.7. 1 month later following taking this it was 5.2. I had started out taking this 2 times a day with breakfast and dinner. But then just only began taking it with dinner. Not sure how these change may have assisted or not. But the results were definitely there. I absolutely recommend giving this a try if you have any issues with a1c or blood sugar levels. I rarely do reviews on Amazon and you have to do a review to get the free bottle. But honestly, I would have done a review no matter what. People really need to know about this product. I’ve told my Mom and she’s even started taking it after seeing my results.

Results come gradually. Take it over three months to see any results. Not something you want to try for a month and hope for results.

My HbA1c has gone up by 0.2
I have read so much great things about this supplement that I purchased 2 bottles as it is affordable. The supplement arrived 2 weeks ago, I started using and got my blood sugar test last Friday. I got my result today. My BbA1c went up by 0.2 and my weight went up by 1 kg. The result is not very encouraging. Well, maybe I should give this supplement more time and I will take the blood sugar test in 2 months' time, only then, I can see the real result. For the time being, I just do not want to put my hope too high, of course, I want to reverse my type 2 diabetes. Now 18 Oct 2021, my BbA1c is still within the 7 range, not going up or down. My weight has increased a bit like 1 to 3 kg. Other than that, everything remains the same. Cant' really say this is a great product. I am trying another product to reduce my BbA1c to less than 7 and get rid of diabetes type 2 totally.
