Product is working and battery replacement also works
The product is working well. Once the battery gets drained, follow these steps: 1. Buy any AAAA battery. 2. Remove the outer plastic cover/branding wrap from the AAAA battery. 3. Insert the battery according to the +ve and -ve terminal markings. 4. The product should start working normally again.

Good quality product. Battery are very expensive and hard to find
Good product for OT. Improves speech and tolerance towards different food textures. Only downside is AAAA battery which is very expensive and hard to find.

I have used this product for 7months after that it is not working and we are not able to contact seller for warranty or any further information to resolve the issue

Very costly but works as explained
With no better alternatives for kids with special needs this fits perfectly to need of hour. No complaints so far except for the cost :) which is partly understood given this is imported item
