This product is amazing. I have been taking Natural Rhythm's Magnesium supplement for months for heart palpitations which helps, but since I started this I have seen an even further reduction in palpitations. I have also been on 100mg Zoloft for OCD/anxiety which I think has caused some daytime fatigue/sleepiness, but since starting the B-Calmplex I make it through every day without needing a nap anymore! Thank you Natural Rhythm for fairly priced and effective supplements. My quality of life has greatly improved since taking this and their Magnesium! The bottle says this as well, but I recommend taking it with a meal. I took it a few times on an empty stomach and had a little GI issues, but none whatsoever when taken with food.

I've been taking these for a year and a half, and I absolutely love them. I have a hard time sleeping when I have extra stress and anxiety, and this takes care of it for me. It doesn't put me to sleep or anything, but if I take it regularly, I notice I sleep better. I have tried L-theanine with no luck, as I didn't see any benefits and it gave me a stomach ache, but this stuff actually works for me. I forgot to order a refill once and just thought I would see how I was doing without it and a couple weeks later I was getting frustrated with not being able to get to sleep. Finally, I realized I stopped taking these and immediately ordered these as a subscription to come every three months, so I always have them on hand. That's how I know they really work. I can FEEL a difference. One thing to note is that it smells weird/gross. I didn't notice this the first few bottles, but the newer ones do, so be mindful. Don't take a whiff from the bottle, just grab one and swallow it like medicine!

Okay, so maybe this is unfair... I have C-PTSD, OCD and GAD. I also have Graves disease. For my graves, I'm on methimazole. For the mental stuff, im also on meds. So I feel pretty lethargic and beat most of the time. I'm on the magnesium from these people, which has helped tremendously. This B-CALMplex however, has me twitchy. The smell *IS* awful, as was mentioned in another review. It's not a deal breaker. I'm going to give it a few days and see if I can adjust to it. I *did* take it on an empty stomach. Dumb, I know. If you have serious mental health issues, talk to your doctor, and be prepared for a ride. 0.o

I have had anxiety since a young age which sometimes becomes overwhelming. In the past I took a good B-complex and it helped me get off anxiety meds. I remembered this so decided to give this product a good 2 month trial. I prefer gel capsules instead of hard pills, they are easy to swallow and are good value, lasting 2 months. I think this is going to be my saving grace. It was in the past, and with all the vitamins included in this Blend of B-Complex, I am very excited to find it and get started on my wellness journey. Update: Have ordered more because I’m doing well On these. Have been tapering off a strong ant-anxiety medication with my doctors help. Slowly weaned down to 1/4th of what I used to take. Added magnesium to this B-complex and sleeping soundly. My heart palpitations have calmed down and the mind fog has lifted. I’m more energetic and exercising now instead of clinging to my sofa feeling anxious. Will stick with natural supplements in the future!

I have found that B-6 B-12 and a B-complex really helped my panic disorder anxiety. I was happy to find a one pill version. I know inherently thiamine smells, but these pills smell really bad. I have to set up daily pill boxes to stay on schedule, and I keep my AM one by my bed. In the pill box, these make my entire bedroom smell. It's so potent that you can't even keep it out of the bottle. After a while, the smell is just starting to make me sick and unfortunately am getting that thing where if something smells bad to you, you just don't' want to take it. Also have bright yellow pp meaning the B2 in this is way too high and just excreting it out. Personally, the smell of these things are just not going to work for me. I've been taking these for 3 weeks and I just don't feel the same reduction in anxiety I had with my previous set up, so I may go back to that.

I mean you don't really taste these, this is a capsule pill so the vitamin is enclosed
