I have followed every information provided by them and enjoying the growth of veggies everyday. You don't need anything else if you follow the instructions as provided by them. Hi All, Its a great kit to start hydroponics at home, has all the essentials required. The pindfresh team is great they messaged me even before amazon to tell me the tracking id etc. It comes with all the essential nutrients and an easy to use guide for starting your grow. Overall great product. Go ahead and buy it.

Interesting initiative. Rating one star for packing and delivery. Had bought it as a trial run to experiment with hydroponics and i must admit that am disappointed. My observations : 1) Seeds quantity provided were very less and were of lettuce which may not grow well in all conditions. Some of the seeds will fall into the solution since you would need to keep sprinkling water on the clay balls till seeds sprout and roots develop and this will eventually make the seeds slip and fall into the solution (the "sprinkling of water part" is fine print and not mentioned in manual and I was told this when I explicitly asked their customer service). 2) The temperature and pH level in the water needs to be maintained at a certain level (this is fine print and not mentioned anywhere in the product manual. I was told this by their customer service). There is also no equipment provided to verify the temp./pH level at our end. I kept the installation on my window sill where sunlight was filtered through the frosted glass pane but still had no way of knowing if the temp. levels were enough or not. 3) A seperate slot to refill nutrient solution is required else taking the pot out, checking water level before refilling is a cumbersome process. Similarly a slot to drain solution out is required especially if we want to move the installation from one area to another. 4) The cylinder holding the solution is opaque. If it was transparent with a water level indicator marked on it then the solution level could have been observed from outside and refilled instead of using an ice cream stick with level indicator, dipped into the nutrients solution to determine the level which obviously means I need to keep removing the pots each time. 5) Tried to plant saplings directly in pots after first sprouting seeds in potting soil and even here the saplings eventually died although the aerator was kept active as per user manual instructions and nutrient solution also kept topped up.

I absolutely love love love this product and idea. Have even bought a grow light from them. Their after sales service is incomporable and they are always available to handhold you. I just harvested my first batch of basil and am so excited to grow more stuff on the pind pipe. I have even gifted this to a friend.

I had grown small kale seedlings in soil and then transferred them in the hydroponics system. And at the same time grew some in pot. As you can see, growth is good in hydroponics system and it works. But growth is better in pot, I think the reason is adequate sunlight in pot system, as i cant install this system in sunlight. M much amazed with the results and pindfresh has responded everytime whenever I had any query. All necessary things are already provided and you don have to run here and there to search things. Its easy , just that needs some maintenance, intermittent cleaning and changing water.

Hydrophonics is relatively new to India. The DIYs Hydrophonic kits are not successful as one cannot figure how out to aerate it, or to procure nutrients, and need daily watering but the one developed by Pindfresh is just what was needed! Som was exceptionally helpful with answering queries even though he must be inundated with them. This is essentially a seller and a product feedback. Now waiting patiently for the seeds to sprout. A community of hydrophonic growers is what he is developing! my compliments

While a similar product may be available through other sellers, pindfresh's customer service is outstanding. They are always responsive and will go the extra mile to handhold beginners in their hydroponics journey. I continue to ask them questions even 6 months after buying my first product from them and they still continue to help me in my hydroponics journey. Thank you Pindfresh!

I wouldn't say that it's a value for money because they make the setup out of ordinary PVC pipes. Yes, maybe they do sterilize it, but you can make this exact same setup with the right set of home tools. Believe me, this could be make under Rs. 1000. They motor delivered by them is locally available in all aquarium shops.
