Perfect fit for 2004 Ford F150

I bought this twice from somebody else both times came damage couldn’t use order from here. Showed up in excellent condition fits perfectly except the holes are off just a hair made it work.

Your F-150 tailgate cap removes easily. It's held in place with clips. Just insert a flat-head screw drive on one end and pop it off. The new tailgate cap pops on just as easily. It lines itself up. My old one had some nicks and scrapes. For the price there is no reason to not have a nice looking edge on your tailgate.

Extremely poor quality. The fastener holes were way out of alignment. The coloring was off you could see the lines where it was made in 3 sections and then while installing it the edge cracked. Plus it was a lot smaller than the original at the edge of the tailgate! I recommend go with OEM this was not worth the time. I should have returned it instead of installing it.

I bought this for my 2006 f150 xlt. And it popped right into place, nice and snug. I will say that the only thing i dont love is the ends dont perfectly form to the contours of the tailgate itself. Not terribly noticeable. But not as good as oem. But for the money it is great.
