Q: What is the volume of the gel in each pack... is it less than 100ml?

There is no measure of the gel written on the package but I am fairly confident there will be a minimum of 100ml. I hope this helps.

Q: Can you use this in a bottle bag

If by bottle bag you mean an insulated bag for keeping a bottle hot or cold, I see no reason why not providing there's enough space in the bag.

Q: Is the pack nice and full with gel? The ice packs I bought before seemed really empty inside and you had to really push down to feel any sort of cold

I think they are well filled. Bought for an elderly family member after they had a full knee replacement. They have enough gel in them that simply placing them on your skin means you feel the cold but not too much that you can't move them. You can still bend them around joints and limbs

Well it’s frozen because it lives in the freezer.So quite a long time.
