Great electrolyte!
I buy this electrolyte powder all the time—it’s awesome for pickleball and workouts! Keeps me hydrated, tastes great, and helps me recover faster. It’s super easy to mix and doesn’t have that weird aftertaste some others do. Definitely a staple in my gym bag!

Delicious but expensive for size!
We love Vega in our house- protein, hydration, all of it. This hydration powder is probably the best tasting one out there, but it is SO expensive for such a small container. Ultimately had to switch to a more budget-friendly brand, but missing the taste of this Vega!

Love this flavor! I thought id get sick of the same flavor but have been using it for 3 years everyday and still love it. Mixes really well with water. A tasty way to help keep my bp stable and energy up with pots. Worth them money. Love that it doesnt have a bunch of sugar in it

A Great Electrolyte Supplement
I placed a quarter by the Vega bottle in my photo to make you aware that this is the 4.9oz/139g bottle. My daily water routine each day is two 36oz containers + a scoop of these Vega electrolytes. I genuinely feel better throughout the day when I take my electrolytes along with my water. The electrolytes help you retain your water to remain hydrated throughout the day. All salt that is lost through sweating needs to be replenished to keep you hydrated. Remember, we are roughly 60% water, so we need it in order to live optimally. Especially if you are an active person and thus sweat a little more frequently. I trust the Vega brand, and I recommend this product. And the flavor is great :)

Good value if you like the taste
It was a decent price and if I liked the flavor I’d probably buy it again. The flavor just is not for me and I prefer the ease and portability of a packet compared to a tub and scoop.
