Mild Cognitive Improvement Not Worth The Price
Noticed maybe slight improvement in cognitive function mainly focus and clarity. I was considering this supplement as an alternative to my prescription medication for ADD. The slight improvements I noticed are not with the price. I’ve decided to take one capsule instead of two to make it last longer but I anticipate effectiveness might degrade since I’m not getting the recommended daily dose.

waste of money, totally pointless supplement. Just save your money and buy some Vitamin D3
Been taking this for almost a month now and I find it to be nothing more than just a sugar pill. Or just a nothing pill. Total waste of money, I feel no extra anything. I feel nothing. This does absolutely nothing for me. The instructions say to take this on an empty stomach... I normally fast and skip breakfast, so I take this first thing after waking up, then I eat 6 hours later. And after taking this product, I feel no better nor worse than I have felt before I started taking this product. What I wanted from it, was the acquire an edge in the afternoon, which I don't have. I just feel same-same-same.

Cycle it on/off every few weeks
I absolutely love this stuff while it lasts. My experience: I take it for a few days, and then one day, I just notice how good everything is. I'm in a better mood, have a clearer thought process, and am happier overall. After a couple of weeks, this magic sauce starts to fade, and then it's pointless to keep popping the pills each day. Stop taking it for a week or two, and then start the cycle again.

What works for someone might not work for someone else
Been going through some depression issues in my life recently. Decided to give this nootropic stack a spin after hearing all about it & having experienced headaches & stomach upsets with some other stacks I’d tried in the past, such as Caffeine + L-Theanine. Took the suggested two pills, and my first thought was that it was amazing. I had greatly improved mood & energy, was able to make good progress on some of my creative pursuits where I’d been struggling with idea block, and seemingly no side effects at all. But then a couple days later, the constipation hit me like a freight train – I seriously had to go to Walgreens & get an enema just to clear it all out. Stopped taking the pills for a while. Then I thought maybe I’d just become so engrossed in my work that I’d forgotten to drink enough fluids or eat properly, so I tried taking just one pill a day making sure to drink lots of water & eat fiber this time. Still got constipated to some extent, and the overall positive mental effects were noticeably less. Read some other anecdotal stories from others who have taken Mind Lab Pro, and found out that digestive issues, including constipation, are indeed a common side effect from some of the ingredients in this product. In the end, I’ve decided I am not a big fan of nootropics. If you suffer from a disorder such as ADD that affects your ability to concentrate, these pills are not the answer – you need to see a doctor & work out a treatment plan that works for you (the right meds, guidance, and so on). If you’re just another Joe Average Intellectual looking for ways to boost your energy & creativity like me, my advice would be to take up a mind-body practice such as yoga or tai chi instead. Many issues that people take nootropics for, such as low energy or brain fog, are in fact at least partly caused by unhealthy lifestyle choices.
