I bought these to be displayed in a decorative, glass, Cobalt dish at a 50th wedding anniversary party. They are really neat and are going to look fabulous. They are not to small to be a choking hazard for toddlers, but neither are they too big to look silly. The color is great, and they DON'T look cheap, tacky, or plastic. They look "classy", at least, that's my opinion. I could choose between the clear, or the gold. I am so GLAD I chose the gold. They are so festive. These acrylic gems are gorgeous and a great value for the price paid! I ordered the package of 180 count and received 182 pieces, all in perfect condition. These came well packaged with recyclable packaging materials. The only plastic used was the bag containing the gems which is strong enough to store the gems if needed. I appreciate these details. These gems are beautiful, lightweight and a great size - see the quarter in the photo for reference. The color is closer to a turquoise blue, which is what I wanted. I bought these because I have my students take a Gems personality test each year. It labels them as ruby, sapphire, pearl, or emerald. At the end of the test, I give them whichever gem they got. I have high schoolers, and we usually do this in 9th grade. They'll pull that gem out their senior year and show me that they still have it!

I purchased the gold and green diamonds for the purpose of filling up a treasure chest. I read the disappointed reviews about the gold gems not being gold but yellow. I love them! These sparkle with a golden shimmer. Yes, they are yellow but a very rich yellow. The gems I received are shiny and clear. Other then being acrylic, they don't seem too cheaply made. I attached a photo of a "yellow" gem and you can clearly see how pale it is next to the gold gem. I would buy again and do recommend them. I wish the price was cheaper then $10.99 but I have no buyer's remorse. I received 6 gold gems less then promised/stated (which was 240). However, I received 8 extra green gems (for a total of 248).

I got the blue and gold for wedding colors. The gold is too yellow so I’m returning to get more blue. They are beautiful for centerpieces. I wish there were more in a bag but they look unique and not just plain like most vase fillers.

I used this product to fill a 6 ft.glass vase that held white painted branches.. The acrylic vase fillers were a perfect size for the vase. Anything smaller would not have achieved the look I was after. The diamond shape reflects light so the entire display sparkles. I intend to order more for the reflection effect.
