I originally contacted HAHA directly, thinking it would be better to go through the distributor rather than Amazon (just in case of the chance of getting a knockoff or something), but they directed me to order from here. Then I sent HAHA my order number and they took care of my order as if I ordered from them but I had the peace of mind of paying through Amazon. I liked that since the name HAHA sounds kind of sketchy. Super easy process going through Amazon. Arrived sooner than the estimated date, and in good condition. These are great vending machines, easy to setup (definitely have two people to unload off pallet), and look sleek. No need for signage on the machine, prices are listed on the touchscreen card reader. Shelves are customizable, you can take out the dividers, add plastic bins, move up and down, even add drawers if you want. The AI does miss detecting a purchased item every so often, but the customer support through the app is prompt and refunds you the money by making your monthly fee cheaper, they don't charge the customer if they miss the item being sold. What's really awesome is every transaction is video recorded for you to review personally. Overall really happy with the machine, have had for almost two months without any big issues.

I love the HAHA Vending machine, it looks clean and it operates very well. I have not had any problems and am very happy with my purchase. I will be purchasing more, hopefully within the next 30 days. I will be going a little bigger and also add a HAHA Freezer to my lineup! Thanks Diming!

An excellent vending machine!

Has been a big hit for our indoor facility. Find a way to keep the food items upright has been the trickest part. Have noticed some items that get 'missed'- meaning the camera does not catch all items, BUT it's AI so be mindful of that. If your upset about losing a couple bucks here or there then go with the old school machine & you will likely spend it on maintenance costs anyway! The app is very straight forward & shows everything cleanly upfront. I will absolutely be ordering another when the time comes.
