I have used several products but this is a game changer. I took around a month to review this product of Biotique! And it does really worth every penny I have paid for it! As it claims, it stops the hairfall and it does rejuvenates the scalp. It comes with a liquid consistency that really is a catalyst for this product because it gets absorbed by the scalp well and it does give a smooth comb after a massage in the scalp! I will order this product again and again! Because I am trusting it now, after the result that I have experienced by using it for a month!

The product is good and works for me. But the problem is with the plastic bottle. For the last two deliveries I have received defective bottles from which the liquid serum was leaking. As I have subscribed to the product I request the seller to please check the item before dispatching.

I used to have amazing hair but it became dry and started falling once I crossed 30 years. I used to use 'serums' like Livon and Silk & Shine and then moved to Loreal but realized that they just made my hair look pretty superficially. They couldn't be applied to my scalp. Thet did nothing to improve the actual hair quality. My problem was hairfall, not breakage. Mountain Ebony was the first serum for the scalp that I bought - mainly because it's water-based. It should be used on a dry scalp which is great for a daily dose of nutrients. It has worked brilliantly for me. I can't oil my hair much as it causes more hair fall so having something like this is a blessing. It has a very mild fragrance- it's not headache inducing, just a mild herbal soothing fragrance that is barely noticeable after 10 minutes or so. It significantly reduced my hair fall even if I used it 2 or 3 times a week. The itchiness and dryness of my scalp was gone. My scalp feels cool and fresh after application which is really great in the morning. I did notice hair regrowth but only if I use it regularly. The overall quality of my hair has also become so much better, its soft and shiny, I don't even need to use a conditioner anymore. If you're looking for a Livon or Silk&Shine kind of detangler serum that you apply to wet hair and it miraculous starts looking shiny and silky - Mountain Ebony is not for you. It clearly says in the description its for application to a dry scalp. I suggest you read the description carefully to understand the product before purchase to avoid disappointment. But if you want an easy to use, daily, non greasy serum that nourishes your scalp and hair roots, and makes your hair naturally beautiful for the long run, then Mountain Ebony is just what you need. For me, it has become part of my daily morning routine - apply serum, comb your hair, and off you go! :)

First of all stop buying this 200ml varient of this product. This is totally fake product. It's texture smell and consistency all are different from original product. Very disappointing experience.

This Biotique serum is essentially a watery scalp tonic rather than a styling product. It has a strong, herbal medicinal smell that lingers, but the cooling sensation is refreshing. It’s a cheap, decent option for daily use, provided you don't expect overnight miracles.

I have been using this product for a really long time now... it's my 5th bottle in a year and a half. it is a boon for dry scalp days...especially winters...though it is equally good for summers too to keep your head cool. Other serums have to be applied to towel-dried hair...and also just to the length of your hair and not the scalp...so this one has to be applied to the scalp so it works like magic to a dry scalp. I have sensitive skin and so my dermat asked me not to use oil on my head as I had a bad break out all over my face 2 years ago. But we all know our hair need nourishment and the DIY's take up so much time and energy (also im lazy to do the DIY's)...so this hair serum helped me a lot with my scalp issues. I apply it usually before going to bed and just massage it well into my hair....and wash it the next morning. I have also seen some hair growth and improvement in my hairline though not major or intense as written in the heading. it works wonders and not only gives instant nouishmnet to you hair but your scalp too. since its got a cooling kinda texture so it feels amazing during summers....and the fragrance is just awesome. love how my hair look and smell post its application. so, go for it without doubts...Biotique products are not just out of this world and genuinely therapeutic in nature. It helps in curing hair fall more than growth...maybe with time, it will show more evident results of hair growth too. This is a must-have in my personal regime kit!
