Wirklich eine lange Klinge, trotzdem sehr handlich und extrem scharf

Habe das Messer ca 1 Jahr und bin voll und ganz zufrieden! Zum filitieren ist es echt ein Schmuckstück. Zum Schlachten von fischen evtl. bisschen lang aber es geht alles noch. Ausserdem hat es noch kein rost angesetzt und ist noch scharf. Super Teil!

The size of this knife is great. Its taking me abit to get used to the extra 3 inches but it feels nice and perfectly balanced in my hand.
