Defective product. Edit... customer service reached out again and stated they would refund me for the item in full. Thank you for the help with this matter. Reached out to customer service right away and they said they would refund me 40% and no need to return but the sheets are useless to me.

I really like these. Sheets weren’t a thing that I thought about. But after having to replace a bed(maybe it was a tornado, don’t go making assumptions), I went with the convenience of single-source ordering for frame, mattress in a box, and a sheet set. And these are the absolutely most comfortable sheets I’ve ever slept on. I’m a restless sleeper with a tendency to migrate and assume odd postures, so there is a tendency for the flat sheet to wander a tad, but that’s me, not the product. I liked them so much I purchased a second set, immediately put in use with guests who also weee appreciative of the comfort. Have been washed and tried repeatedly with no loss of colour or coziness. Don’t shrink, don’t stink, fit easily on thick hybrid mattress. I might even pop for some colour other than gray to make female relatives who’ll remain nameless stop rolling their eyes and muttering about my style choices.

It fit my bed perfectly and the comfort is amazing and really light weigh and washes good and not easy to rip.
