Smaller than you think... Think small... It is a little bit smaller than that.

Way too small - poor quality rope that is not thick enough to learn with
I work with yachts, and I would not recommend this for learning.

Small but gets the job done
This little guy definitely helps if youโre a beginner like myself with nautical knots. I mounted it to my wooden patio table and sat there and practiced. The cleat seems pretty heavy duty and the information cards give good instructions.
