We’re not even finished with the project and the hydraulic crimped stopped working, how do we fix it? Will Mazuta teplace it

Are you sure you have the round pressure release knob fully cranked down? I found that if It wasn’t fully tightened it wouldn’t crimp all the way. My hand was sore each day from tightening

Is there a warranty on this? Item broke during the one project we used it on?
