Would this be good for the white river caper kydex sheath or get the 3.3 model?

We are not familiar with the sheath you mentioned. One of our product images shows the dimensions and hole size. You can use that information to determine which Ulticlip is best for your application. Also on the ULTICLIP website you can go to our FAQs page and find mounting templates that can be printed out. You can used the mounting template to check for proper hole spacing and size.

Is this the smallest utiliclip?

Will this clip work with an Esee Izula with the stock sheath? Scout carry?

I am not certain, I attached it to a HAK knife sheath to clip onto a belt loop. It works great.
