Works perfectly with my iPhone 17PM. I paired this with the official Apple woven cables, it uses a USB c connection. These charge my phone quickly which is very convenient. They're relatively small given how much capacity they put out. I like that the prongs can fold in to keep it compact. The adapter does get warm during charging, but that's to be expected. It's a bit more expensive than the third party brands, but i think its worth it. The super fast charging alone saves time, and I think the dynamic charging has been preserving my battery.I got my iphone 17PM in october, its now April , so 6 months, and my battery capacity is still at 100% I think the dynamic charging helps my phone stay cool and not overheat, but who knows. Im not an electrical engineer. Anyways, would recommend this item!

This Apple 40W Dynamic Charger works extremely well with my iPhone 17 Pro Max. The charging speed is crazy fast, and it’s been reliable every time I’ve used it.It’s a little expensive, but that’s pretty much what you expect with Apple products. My only complaint is that it only comes in white. I really wish Apple would offer black charging blocks and cables as well.Overall, a great charger if you want fast and reliable charging.

The Apple Dynamic Power Adapter is exceptional! I have a bunch of 20W Apple adapters that charge my devices fairly fast, so I purchased the Dynamic Power Adapter out of sheer curiosity. In typical Apple fashion, this product delivers. I charged my iPhone 17 Pro Max from 25% for about 20 minutes or so, and sure enough, my iPhone was charged to 84%. Less than 30 minutes, my iPhone was charged to 98%. From my use, this performance is consistent with numerous devices. The design is sleek and compact and within Apple’s design language. It fits well within your pants pocket or you can throw it in the small pocket of a book bag. For $40, it may be a little tiny bit pricey, but the value is there for what it delivers, as this is one of the few great performing chargers that deliver this performance.

I mostly have purchased Anker brand of device chargers in the past. As of late, 3 out of 7 Anker chargers have failed. To that end, I decided to look at other brands and saw this charger go on sale a few weeks back. I purchased two, initially. Both worked flawlessly for a month and did not heat at a concerning level. Anker, unfortunately heated up to failure.Since the initial purchase of these apple branded chargers, I have purchased two more. All four are working as expected with no heat concerns. If there's a need to purchase additional ones, I will not hesitate. Comparing to other brands, these are pricier. I relied on Anker previously but with my recent experiences, I decided to move forward with Apple branded chargers.I highly recommend these Apple chargers. As of this writing (March 2026), I was able to get them for $27 each (regular price $40). I will soon upgrade to iphone 17 and these will be perfect to it. I also have a 2025 ipad pro. It charges fast with this charger.

One of the fastest chargers I have ever used, from 5% to 80% it's ludicrous then it slows down for the remaining 20%.For those days where I slept and forgot to plug my iPhone 17 pro max, I can rest assured that ill wake up with a low battery around 5 to 15% it won't strike fear thanks to this charge block, once I wake up, I can go plug it and prepare for my work commute that roughly takes me ~30 minutes to be ready to go out, quite enough to charge this phone to a safe >70% to survive the whole day ahead, doesn't make the phone heat to much, just lukewarm to the touch, that quickly dissipates once it reaches 80% where the charger goes into a "safe" trickling charge. that extra 20% takes around an hour. sure, if the phone is 70% or closer to the 80% it won't boost charge, compared to <20% range where it goes crazy.used since day 1 of my phone purchase and after 87 cycles it still at 100% battery integrity.

Got the iPhone 17 and I wanted something superior to the old 20W USB-C blocks because something I used for my iPhone 15 caused severe battery degradation. I've used this block now for several months and it charges my phone without issues and is quite fast as well. A full charge in about an hour or slightly less. Very happy with my purchase and all genuine apple products as well.
