I bought this product for my husband for Christmas, the shipping company made an error but the customer service from the seller was fantastic, they messaged me regularly to update shipping status, kept me informed at every stage and were very polite and helpful, i would highly recommend the sellers. What a great product. Helps with training my pigeons. Shame it is located in Taiwan and incurs customs taxes on top of the initial price, but highly recommended

Watch out for additional charges
I purchased one of these some months ago only to recieve an additional import duty and VAT bill of £70 today demanding immediate payment. Not very impressed with that!
