Made a great gift.
I have had this cookbook for years and when my mother-in-law needed to begin a vegetarian/vegan diet I knew this would be a fun addition. She is thrilled with the beutiful pictures and tasty recipes. Not all are meatless of course but enough.

Love the retro style of this book
Love the retro style of this book. Easy to read recipes and tempting photos. Will adapt the recipes to my Instant Pot. Clean, like new copy, great price!

for bean beginners
This book is very simple. It has typical potluck bean dishes. If you are already familiar with bean cooking, you might not find anything new here.

I still like printed cookbooks, especially when devoted to a simple type of food, or way of cooking This has beautiful pictures & good quality paper. Should last longer than I do.

Great Cookbook
This is one of my favorite recipe books. I bought copies for my friends who are leaning vegetarian as almost all of these recipes can be adapted to a vegetarian lifestyle.
