Really like the 'industrial' look of this lamp, well made and sturdy. Great value for money. Not particularly bright due to restrictions on the wattage of light bulb recommended, but makes perfect soft lighting for a relaxed atmosphere.

This is a beautiful looking lamp. The head is a cross between a ship’s porthole and stage lighting, all set off with the wooden legs which add to the overall impact of the lamp. It is very easy to assemble and is sturdy - the little pegs keep the legs and head where you want them without issue. I knocked one star off because, for the price, I would have hoped that the light would be dimmable. However, it is still a beautiful piece that really does add to the room. Overall, I am really happy with it and would recommend it as both a lamp and a bit of a decorative statement in the home.

Lovely lamp. Would suggest getting a 6w led bulb

This is the perfect lamp for my purpose, I bought it because i build model tanks and display them on a shelf in my living room and this is to light them up on the shelf, it's a lovely looking lamp very retro and stylish and i am very pleased with it, the only slight down side is it does not imit a great deal of light but it isn't advertised as a powerful or reading lamp so i am happy with it so much so i'm going to buy the taller version to go on the other side of my room, if you buy this lamp just bear in mind about the power apart from that i garentee you won't be disappointed
