The cushion is very useful and hwlps with the pain. It is firm yet not hard. Just the right kind of firm. As antislip thing at the bottom. I bought the one for below 60kgs weight. Writing review after 1 week of usage. Pillow was good, helps in reducing tail bone issues. Memory foam is good. Giving 2 less stars for selling used or returned product. I didn't receive box piece and no user manuals, no information about brand. Just received product in a cover. And little over priced, it could be around 1000.
