Kwik Stix Solid Tempera Paint Sticks, 24 Colors, Washable Paint Sticks for Kids, Non-Toxic, Quick Drying, Allergen Free, Comes in Classic, Metallic, & Neon Colors, Ideal for Kids and Toddlers

I originally bought these because our preschool uses them, and after using them at home with my 4-year-old and 2-year-old, I completely understand why. They are fantastic. We’ve used them on regular paper as well as wood crafts, and they’re so much easier and less stressful than getting out regular paint. I’m always worried about paint or markers getting somewhere they shouldn’t, but these have washed off hands, clothes and surfaces really well for us. Both of my kids are able to take the lids on and off and twist the sticks up themselves. I usually help with that part just so I can regulate how much they’re using, but they’re very kid-friendly. I also really like the color selection. You get the regular basic/primary colors, but there are also a lot of really pretty and different colors that make them more fun for crafts. These have become one of my favorite art supplies for the kids. I would buy them over and over again.

Blown away at the quality of these paint sticks. Don’t waste your time on any other brands! They dry lightening fast and leave beautiful color. They layer gorgeously. No better paint out there for toddlers, but I have an amazing time playing with them too! Kids deserve beauty and quality in their art supplies and if you’re going to buy just one thing to have at home for crafts, make it these.

This is my fourth set of tempera sticks and I’m officially in love. The Kwik Stix are my fave brand of them yet. Creamy, versatile, vibrant and quality. While I usually work in watercolor/colored pencil/pastel, these are wonderful for my mixed media sketchbook time. I had to splurge on the 24 set after having so much fun with smaller sets. As the pics show, they are vivid and lovely. They have a short drying window and are permanent when dry. This makes it easier to mix (quickly) but also layer other media on top of them. Can’t recommend these enough.

I cannot recommend these enough. They are high quality paint sticks that last a long time. The size is great and the pigment is strong. They dry quickly and are easy to clean off of surfaces. They come in a variety of colors and you can use them on paper, wood, windows, acrylic, etc. They are even great for small children.

These are so cool. Go on like thick paint / marker but easy to use like a crayon. My toddler colored his face and it came right off.

Love love love!! These go on so smooth and have such a strong layer of color! They are great on all surfaces and easy to travel from classroom to classroom with. They wash off of hands and clothes without issue-and a little bit of extra fine-motor practice with having to twist them open and shut! Also-these seem to never dry out, which is a huge win!

My 3.5 year old daughter loved these pens! They have a great vibrant color to them and dry fast. We had no issues with clean up. They are thicker paint markers than I expected. So they were good for her, as she just likes to color pages. However, for my 5 year old son, who likes to color in the lines- these paint markers were just too big for our coloring books or his school projects.

Gelato/paint stix came out over a decade ago but I never got around to trying them, now I see them everywhere. Bought a few different manufacturers and they are all so neat and fun. I have a YouTube channel that I will be posting a demo of them soon. S.R.Bogart. Studio

So easy to use, no drying racks needed to create great artworks. Bright vivid colours. Will ne buying the thin sticks for a try!
