Replacement or after-sales support or warranty
I purchased the AGARO HD-1120 2000W AC Professional Hair Dryer about a year ago, and initially, I was quite happy with its performance. Itโs powerful, dries hair quickly, and feels like a professional-grade product for home use. The build quality and design also seemed solid at first. However, after around a year of usage, the dryer suddenly stopped working, which was quite disappointing. Thankfully, I reached out to customer support, and the replacement process was smooth. I received a new unit without much hassle, which I really appreciate. While Iโm satisfied with the after-sales service. Overall, itโs a good hair dryer in terms of performance, but longevity could definitely be improved. Customer support was responsive and helpful, which is a big plus.

Really good investment. It has multiple feature which give versatile option and have good and powerful air flow and it's not that heavy in weight. Looks pretty and easy to use.

Excellent after sales sevice - Team AGARO
Overall the product was good except the hot air option didn't work for me. When i called the customer care of Agaro they immediately booked a complaint and confirmed for product replacement. The after sales service was so good. Most of my products are from Agaro and this is the first time .facing issue with their product and was sceptical if I would get a proper response but I wasn't disappointed.. Awaiting for the replacement product . Thanks Team AGARO

Product issue
The product is perfect, just an issue after using it for 2 years, a weird sound is coming out of that, for which I have raised a complaint and it got resolved quickly with the replacement option (in process). Everything is good.

Burned
I have bought the hair dryer 10 day ago. I used it 4,5 days. During my using time suddenly the hair dryer has burned inside also came bad smell from the dryer. After that, the hair dryer does not work. The product made in india also the parcel came from india by aramex. I bought it by 150 riyal. If i convert into rupi the price will be 3500 rupi. Now i knew the product has guaranty. Now take my product return.
