Not functioning properly
I had purchased earlier 2 times the units worked awesome. This time I purchased but not found the unit satisfactorily working as required as per units purchased earlier.

Effective and Value for Money
This product is effective and easy to use. We had some issue with the machine connection after 2 months use. Service support from MEDGEARS is very good, they have replaced the machine within 3-4 days of complaint. This product is a reliable and efficient device for anyone looking to improve muscle health and manage pain effectively.

Shoddy and ineffective product
I bought the stimulator to treat a foot drop after surgery, but contrary to the rating for this product, it is absolutely shoddy as low quality. The product is obviously not tested for either quality or for performance. Only one of the electrodes worked and that too with the wrong control switch and the power of stimulation is so less that it is absolutely ineffective. They provide 4 electrode pads but only 3 bands to secure them. The only good thing I have to say is that when I asked for a return it was done promptly and in a timely manner. Do not trust this seller and the products they sell.

After reporting the problem, the company arranged a replacement. I have now received the replacement unit, and I’m pleased to say that the issue with the stimulation fluctuation and output level has been resolved. The machine is now functioning properly. The replacement was delivered within 6 working days, and they sent a complete new set, which I appreciate. Overall, the replacement process was satisfactory.
