US women's 7.5 size will be Japanese 24.5 or 25cm. Currently 24.5 cm is not available in amazon.com.

What size should i order? i wear size 6 usa shoe?

The 9 inch is the smallest however the 9.5 is what I bought and I wear a size 7 American size, it just fits. When I was younger I had tabi that I would wear often so when they were washed they would shrink. If you intend to wear them more than once you are better off getting the 9.5 inch size.

The size appears to be women’s size. The issue when buying tabi is that when you wash them they will shrink. It doesn’t hurt to buy a size larger.
