What is the round silver ball four of the animals are attracted to

Thanks for pointing this out. The photo of the ball is to show that the bars are magnetic. However no ball is included in this set and we should be clear about that.

Can you buy replacement piece? We lost one of the center bars.

I’m not sure. Maybe call the company. My preschool class would melt if we lost a piece....the love them.

Will the magnets attach to a refrigerator? Or are the animals to heavy/long?

The straight magnet that connects the front of the animal to the back will attach to the refrigerator ( only at a 90 degree angle), but the entire animal will not.
