Kobo Exercise Weight Lifting Imported Home Gym Foldable Multipurpose Fitness Bench

I am using this Foldable Multipurpose Fitness Bench for the last 20 days. Here is my honest review.Disclaimer - I am not a expert and have started using a bench for lifting weights recently - about 3 months back.Pros:Very light and flexible - can be used at home and stored in a corner after exercise every day.It is very convenient - can be opened and be ready to use in 1 - 2 mins.Ideal for Flat and Incline exercises.You can do Hamstring Curls also - although only 35kg is max weight it can handle.Once you use it for 3-4 days you will get used to the bench and then you can lift heavy weights - advise : first get used to the bench & balance with light/medium weights before lifting heavy weights.I am 80 Kgs and have used only up-to 50Kgs for bench press and have no problem - i think it can be used upto 60 Kgs.( not sure above it)Cons:As attached in the pics - this bench is quite small. I am 6ft 1 inches tall and there is no way i could use this the way i received it - my neck was going beyond the bench even when i was sitting on the edge.I had to call a carpenter and welder to fix it - the base bench rod (pic attached) had to be lengthened by additional 9 inches and a new back Bench with padding was made with additional 12 inches. - The welding & additional steel rod cost me Rs.1200 and the new bench cost me Rs.500. Total additional expenses Rs.2000. - The packaging was poor and 3-4 screws were lost during transport - had to buy 6 new nuts and bolts. - as mentioned by other reviewers it is useless for chest flyes - better to remove it. Use dumbbells instead.- Lack of decline optionOverall :If you are a 5'8 or less it is a great affordable option and you can buy without second thoughts.If you are 6" and above - like me - you might have to do some modifications - but it is worth it!!Overall i am happy and would recommend it.One less star only because it is too small for tall guys like me.

Built quality is much better than rest of the brands. Only time consuming is tightening the screws. U should have 16/17/18/19 size rinch to tight. U should have all these. Screws come with nyc packing. It holds my weight pretty fine. Dont think its costly. But its worth. U can go for it

Premium bench. Sturdy, AOK Finishing, AOK paintjob. Best bench on Amazon for the price of 6k. The absence of a decline option is a bummer!I'm gonna alter it a bit to do the decline BP. Will post images of the altered one soon!Pros: everything!Cons: No decline option.

Build quality and finishing is good. But disappointingly it is not very stable..it shakes during workout.. I would recommend the benches costing 1500 on Amazon instead.they are fixed at base without any screw joint so won't be unstable. I own both so I know.Overall not worth the money. I thought higher price means better quality. Plus like all other brands the chest fly things on two sides are too short and thus useless.

First of all you need to have good understanding of mechanical drawing to assemble this junk, then you need a set of wrench and spanner. Some of the holes are not aligned and doesn't match with the counter holes. Butterfly span is so small that it can only be used by children up to an age of 10-12 years. Leg curl is also small and shaky. At best you can use it as a bench for doing bench press. Even the bench press span is so narrow that you will have to hold the bar from the outside of resting support. All in all very-very bad experience.

I have been using this bench for 4 months now and I am satisfied with this product. The bench, metal items are all of good quality and nice paint job. So looks very good. Setting up is a pain but I think that's the case with all the bench considering how many moving parts are there in this. Easy to fold and light enough to move. I am 80Kg, 5-10 and I bench a maximum of 40 KG. So 120KG guarantee can be handled by this bench. Easy to incline as well. No decline feature. Good product for beginner & casual weight training. I don't know if its ideal for Bodybuilders though.

I thought it will be good based on the reviews but I am wrong.. Due to the wrong alignment of the product I injured my tennis elbow and from the last 20+ days I am not able to workout. I really excepted a good product as I was investing but I got nothing but a disaligned product which ruined my consistency. I will suggest not to buy it and even if u buy examine it asap so that atleast you can return where I acted fool thing I got a good one.. I will not recommend it to anyone. I feel really cheated

Bought this bench for 12k.Writing this review after 10 days of usage.Perfect flat bench and incline,knee extension and leg curl are okayish,butterfly/pec flys very badly designed,absolutely of no use.Good colour and finishing though.It says 5 in 1 but as a matter of fact its 4 in 1.Manufacturer needs to exclude those butterflies and reduce the price instead.Could have been a 5*
