Margaritaville AD3200 Plastic Jar for DM0500 Series

Perfect as an extra pitcher. Now I can make a pitcher of original margaritas and a pitcher of strawberry margaritas and I don’t have to wait for one pitcher to be empty to make a different flavor.

I like that it fits Model DM1000. The color wasn’t exact but who cares? I kept the old skirt and lid so that fits too. Just be careful and don’t fill with too much ice like frozen fruit and ice and then wash in hot water because it will crack. Otherwise don’t waste the $66 on the factory DM1000’s replacement. This is the same for half the price.

Well made and works great. My only dislike is the picture doesn't have a pouring spout on the lid.

After 5 years, I finally accidentally broke my glass pitcher that came with my machine. I decided to go with the plastic replacement to hopefully avoid another shattering pitcher in the future. Having read other reviews, I did save the old blade and rubber ring from my original pitcher. I received the replacement quickly and am very happy that it is more lightweight and manageable (especially when full). However, it is very easy to tell just by comparing the blades, that the original one is heavier, sharper, and more sturdy than the replacement one, hence the 4 stars. Other reviewers had problems with their lid fitting correctly so I had also saved my old lid but I found that either of them seems to work just fine. Overall, this is a very good product but would be better if the blade was comparable to the original one.

I bought this plastic jar to replace a broken one. We bought the machine in time to bring it on our beach vacation, and we broke the jar while packing it away for the return trip home. I like the lighter weight of the plastic because it's easier to handle when it's full. So far, we've used it only for its name - to make great Margaritas! But I'm happy with this plastic jar...it's just as perfect as the glass one.

Found this replacement for the glass one that came with the machine that did not bounce when coming in contact with the kitchen floor...and was happy that it fits and works perfectly and it’s back to making slushies... Which this machine does a fantastic job at. Thanks for making what could’ve been a pain in the behind an over night fix....appreciated!

We bought this to replace the original glass pitcher we broke - no surpise there. It works just the same, is lighter, is easier to clean, is obviously more durable (which can be important when alcohol is involved), and is a lot cheaper than glass. We bought 2 - just in case.

Ordered because I broke my glass. Wish I could have just ordered the jar as I had the other pieces. Authentic Margaritaville parts.
