The Scriptures

I'd been reading this translation on the YouVersion app for over a year. I got to the point where I didn't want to read from my old book with the pagan names in it anymore, so I was almost exclusively reading on my phone. But during shabbat, I like to unplug from technology as much as I can, so I finally ordered a physical copy of TS2009. This translation is beautiful, and even more beautiful are the Names of our Abba and His Only Begotten Son (YHUH and Yahusha!) which are restored to Their rightful place in the text! I love all the Hebrew names of the books as well and that this is a literal translation for the most part, rather than thought for thought. It takes some getting used to when you first begin to read, but it's truly a baraka (blessing) as you grow in understanding of the hebrew terms and the terms/phrases used that are closer to those of the original texts (e.g. 'slaughter place' rather than altar, 'being' instead of soul, etc.) I purchased the hardcover edition, and it is extremely well-made. It has two ribbon book marks (blue and white like tzit-tzits which i thought was cool), built-in tabs and rich lettering (bold for the Names). I'm confident that the soft cover one is similar in quality just based upon my purchase and experience with this translation. Overall, cannot recommend this translation enough to those who seek the truth and want to grow closer to the Father through His Son!! May Yasharel learn to walk in YHUH's Ways; with Him is much redemption!!

this Bible is outstanding. It gives you all the Hebrew names and it is awesome. The scripture reads so good. I should’ve had this book a long time ago.

I thought what I was getting was a smaller leather one (only one leather option) but what I got was a decent size one and it's absolutely perfect. The font size and sharpness is also perfect. I can honestly say my eyes have never seen anything so pleasant as the words in this book. The detail is almost unbelievable. There's these little dots under some of the H's (whatever that means) and it just looks really great. This is absolutely the best money I have ever spent and I'm confident it is the most accurate translation in human history. You just can't put a price on the value of this right here, I'm so thankful for this and that I decided to try it. Edit after a few months I guess. This book and it's quality (especially the paper WOW, and font sharpness and detail) it's absolutely astonishing. I literally want to hug this book every time I look at it and kiss it, although very carefully 😁

I have thumbed through this quite a bit. The binding is incredibly durable. I am not easy on books and i am amazed at the quality of the physical book itself. The scriptures are very enlightening and well thought out. I am so blessed to be able to thumb through such literature and be confident in its truth and durability.

This is a nice bible. I like it because it is set up differently than the KJV, NIV etc. It's in chronological order.

Very good

Very small however I can read it just fine. The font size looks to be the same as in the book of Yahweh. The table of contents is not in the order of KJV. And there is no cross reference something I really need. Yahshua name is in Hebrew letters, ,and Yhvh is also in Hebrew letters. In the very back it has a timeline Adam to yacob, the maps are bright and easy to View understand however I did have to get a magnifying glass because of the font on the map is a 9 some is bold. I will recommend this to my friends, sisters n brothers in Yahshua. If you don't like the commentary this is for you. It has Explanatory notes, it has weights and measurements. It also gives pages for making your own notes. Yet the paper is thin so no hard writing.

Best book ever

It has been a dream to have a copy of The Scriptures after my elder brother refused to gift his own to me. Institute of Scriptures research did a brilliant work of combining Tanakh and the gospels of the disciples. I wish they can add chain reference to it.

If you're able to purchase this bible, go ahead you will not be disappointed. The books are in order, and the words have the main sentences in bold writing with references in between the sentences for you to reference by precept. Not only that the books, tiles and the Prophets are in their original Hebrew names with the English titles. You also have cross references at the footnote. I just got mine today and I may come back to write an update, It would have been good if the apocrypha was included but at this price, I am not complaining. I am happy indeed as I waited almost five years to get me one.

What an excellent Bible. Extremely well crafted and beautifully presented to read. I love the three ribbon book marks attached which makes it so handy when I am reading from the old, new and Psalms each day🥰
