Six+ Stars? Quality is Fantastic, Service & Product Support is even Better!
I use my Sennheiser MB Pro 2 headset daily, often for most of the day. I spend a lot of time on the phone for my business, but the sound is good enough that I also use them for watching video, music, anything I need. Obviously my phone headset is not my first choice for music or movies, but a really solid fill-in, especially when I have them on all day anyway. They ultra comfortable, sound is excellent (although I wish the volume went just a little higher for music and movies...that's the one shortcoming, but in fairness they're not designed for that), bluetooth connection is quick and stable, and battery life is...well I don't really know because I've never actually been able to wear it all the way down in a single day. 8-10 hours as listed may be conservative. So here's the good part: after 20 months of heavy use, the exterior physical holdup is impeccable. Not even any signs of ear pad wear, and they are butter soft out of the box to begin with. For something so light and comfortable to also be so durable is truly refreshing. The REALLY good part? I started to experience a firmware glitch where the auto-on wouldn't always work properly, and it was becoming more frequent. I emailed Sennheiser, opened a case, and within a week they shipped me a new replacement pair. I use them so much I don't want to be without them, and Sennheiser was unbelievably responsive. 21 months into their 24-month warranty, no hassle, no fuss, doesn't get any easier. So yes, they're a little pricey. IMHO worth every cent on performance alone, and the product support sets a standard almost unheard of in this age of disposable products and dispensable consumers. 24 months? That's just awesome. Thank you, Sennheiser!

Excellent bluetooth stereo headset
I've been looking for a good bluetooth headset for some time, and I finally found this excellent one. I was looking for a headset that works well in a noisy open-plan office, since I spend a lot of time on conference calls, and there's usually a lot of people around me that are either talking to eack other, or are on the phone as well. The microphone on this headset is great: people on the other end can hear you clearly, even when there's people a couple of feet away having a conversation. Also, other noises seem to be filtered out very well, including engine noise from construction equipment that was coming in through the open window. I've used wired and wireless Jabra headsets with my desk phone in the past, and the quality of these Sennheisers is as good or better as those. The audio quality is leaps and bounds above the Jabra DECT based cordless headsets. The other thing that was vitally important to me: a mute function in the headset itself. With these Sennheisers, you can mute and unmute the mic with a quick button press. On long calls, when you need to quickly answer a colleague, or go to the espresso maker, it's invaluable to be able to quickly mute your mic. Or, on a conf call, when you're being asked a question while being muted. Not having to unlock the phone, and find the right screen and right button to unmute, but simply pushing the button on the headset is really great. The headset can be paired with two devices at the same time, so you can use it with your phone and computer; however, you can only have one conversation at a time. If there's two things going on at the same time, the headsets sometimes seem to get confused; I had a couple of Skype calls drop on the computer when somebody called my phone at the same time. The audio quality as stereo headphones is good enough to listen to music (but I'm not particularly discerning when it comes to headphones). The maximum sound level for the headphones is a bit low; using them on a smaller jetliner (Embraer RJ) they were barely loud enough to be heard over the engine noise.

Good quality non-gaming wireless headset
The wireless charger isn't like a "lay it on a pad and it wirelessly charges". Instead it's a socket with magnets that snaps to the charge port then snaps off easily. Not quite what I was expecting, but still MUCH better than having to plug a USB cord or something else in. I can easily connect and disconnect the charger. The sound quality is good. The mic quality is also good. I've recorded several videos at work, and it's fine. The part that was confusing was figuring out how to control it. There's literally just 1 tiny button on one side. You press it, multi-press it, hold-press it, etc to do "all the things". That said, you just hold-press it to turn it on, and hold-press it to turn it off. The time this is annoying is trying to establish that first connection to your device. You have to hold press or wait for beeps or something, and I just remember it being a big pain. Took me like 10 minutes of messing around to get it to finally connect to my Windows 11 laptop. But, with that done, you just snap the charging cable on it, and it goes into "sleep" mode. So, you don't have to manually turn it off. I never mess with the button to mute or what-not, b/c I control that via software (eg: Teams). The awkward part is once you disconnect the charger cable, it can take a few seconds to wake up and reconnect to your device. And sometimes it won't make the handshake. I'll open up a teams meeting to connect, and it's still showing my laptop's output as the sound device. This is like 1 in 20 times, though. To get around this, I just hold the button to turn off the headset (a female voice says "power off") then hold it again to power on (female voice says "power on"). That seems to reset itself for a while, and I can dock it to charge and disconnect it and it will reconnect to my laptop ok for a while. Overall, this is a good value for the money if you're looking for a non-gaming headset with good sound quality and ease-of-use features.

Excellent headset for conversation sound quality, ease of use, and comfort
Purchased this after returning a VXi BlueParrott B250XT+ 95% Noise Cancelling Headset that didn't work with my Motorola Droid Maxx (Android v 4.4.4) phone: It muted the microphone after about 5 minutes of conversation. My intended uses for the headset are the following: (1) Business calls at my desk in my home office, (2) Conference calls in my car when there's a lot of traffic noise, (3) Music when I'm out walking---with an occasional business call interruption. This headset is excellent for the following reasons: • The conversation sound quality---on both ends of the call---is excellent. Crisp and clear---especially consonants. • Music quality is very good. • Easy to set up and sync with my smart phone • Comfortable to wear for prolonged periods • Speaker on both ears makes it easier to hear and concentrate on a call in a noisy car • Controls are easy to use: answer, hang up, mute, un-mute, volume up and down, Room Experience. • Easy to charge If you rely on a headset for clear communication, this headset is definitely worth the price. To protect the headset, I ordered a protective case: Sennheiser Carrying Case for Headset - Black 506059

This Sennheiser should have been the best headset I ever owned. Instead, it is the worst.
I ordered the Sennheiser headset to replace a $50 device whose headband broke. Having used Sennheisers before, I anticipated the best sound available. Instead, it was the worst. My $10 junker headphones outperform it. I think that the problem may have been an outdated Bluetooth version (4.0 instead of today's 5.x), but the sound was poor and muffled, like listening through an old telephone headset with cotton stuffed in my ears. I downloaded the iPhone app via QR code on the instruction sheet, and the app would not even recognize the headset. I then downloaded the Windows app using the link printed on the instruction sheet, and the Windows app would not recognize the headset either. With no way to adjust the sound, or even connect the headset to its own app, I am returning these to Amazon. Unfortunately, I will have to turn to another brand. I expected much, much more from Sennheiser. PS - the instruction sheet is a masterpiece of confusion and missing information. Mostly this is because the Sennheiser people decided to use pictures instead of words, but those wonderful folks who create the emergency cards for airplanes do it much better. Heck, even the Egyptians with their hieroglyphics did it better. So I tried to download an instruction manual that used actual words, but Sennheiser wanted me to download an app to read the booklet -- a plain old PDF document. What the .... ?

Mic Issue, no Firmware Updater for Macs
The Mic quality was not what I expected (from the "Mercedes" of headsets :). Long Version- I have to position my iPhone 5s mic "just so" or callers complain they can't hear me well. I suspect it might be my big clunky OtterboxDefender case, partially obstructing the mic. Between that, and my poor hearing, I bought this headset to correct all that- at least around the house. Unfortunately, neither landline or cell callers noticed any improvement. One actually thought the headset mic was slightly worse! I asked Sennheiser support (good response times, btw), and they recommended 2 items: - Check iPhone software is current. It was - Check latest Sennheiser “Firmware Update” was done. Unfortunately that is not doable on a Mac OS. So I can’t know if a firmware update would improve things. In the meantime, I’d recommend anyone considering this, to buy from an outfit with a ’no hassle’ return policy. PC users- if you don’t like the mic, try the firmware update. Mac users- Print a return label! <g> I’ve been very happy with other Sennheiser products, and in this case, I don’t need the bluetooth capability, so I’m going to try the wired version. imo- if the mic works for you, you’ll love the comfort and sound quality. hth

So far, So good
So I upgraded originally from a wired Sennheiser headset (PC8). I love that headset. It's cheap, I can wear it all day with minimal to no fatigue, and it sounds awesome. The only problem is that stupid cord. I got a cut in it and it's always a pain having to move it around. I invested some money into this headset since it's kind of the flagship of the Sennheiser line. I compared it to a nicer Logitech one too and this one was so much better. The range of it (bluetooth to my iMac) goes through several rooms without any loss. I'm extremely impressed with it's performance and battery life. The ear pieces are very nice too, however, it does fatigue my ear quicker. I can only wear it an hour or two at a time without needing to take it off and give my ears a quick break. That's not that big of a deal. The only thing I wish it did better was to have a nicer cradle for charging. This one comes with just a regular mag cable that works, and you can buy a stand separately, but competitors have more of a "dock" style system that I much prefer. All in all though, I'm keeping it and am satisfied with my purchase.

ehhhhh i dont know about this headset
I like it because it is lightweight and comfortable. The mute and volume are fairly easy to get to but having to press the side piece is a PITA. The sound quality is good, a bit bassy IMO. The power cord is absolutely & ridiculously mounted on the inside of the headband. i mean "HUH?".....my guess is they kinda want to force you to purchase the charging stand. Having the binaural sound is wonderful compared the Plantronics Voyageur that i was using but I'm always having to reset it when using it thru Cisco Jabber to make calls. Another PITA. I have the Avantree headset too, it's a little larger but the controls are placed perfectly. I'll probably keep the Avantree, for about the same price it comes with a charging stand and a nice carrying case - that you don't have to purchase separately.

Great for working at home!
Pairs with Macbook, Ipad and Iphone. Can only 'pair AND connect' with two devices at the same time, however may save the connection profiles of 8 devices. Only wish it would pair and connect with three devices at same time, then I could also connect my iPad (as I often use it to watch/listen while I work, as a second monitor). It remembers the last two devices used and auto-pairs to those, if you want to connect more than two devices you'll have to play with bluetooth settings to make sure you are listening to the correct device. Sound is clear and they are comfortable to wear all day while I work - small and lightweight. Main function I wanted was the microphone as it is meant to dull background noise when on calls. Helps to keep me focused and professional sounding on conference calls - no matter what other people in the house are doing.

Works great. Good volume
I am 39 and use this in farm equipment and semi trucks. With One sided headsets I sometimes had too much background noise to hear well. This dual earpiece one works good and has just enough volume to hear well in nearly every environment I’m in. It would be nice if it had a more robust construction, but it’s ok as long as you don’t abuse it. Once in a while it has a glitch in the Bluetooth connectivity where you might miss half a word or so. I found this one used as I was unsure about spending full price on one, but I’d buy it again if this one dies.

Excellent for working from home
I have these hooked up to my computer and cell phone and they work great. Your computer has to have Bluetooth as there is no dongle. My only complaints and they are minor: 1) the proprietary charger falls off easily. But I fixed that by getting a cheap stand so I don't touch the headset while charging 2) the single button to do everything takes a bit of getting used to Other than that, great headset. I liked it so much, we got a second set for my wife!
