Just the right size and the measurements inside the bowl make reducing sauce very easy
The Chef's Pan is basically a conical bowled sautรฉ pan. It's great for making sauces, especially when you need to reduce the liquid volume to intensify the flavour. I always found this hard to judge (how do you accurately estimate when you have reduced the liquid by 75% - without constantly pouring the contents into a measuring jug?). But this pan has measurement graduations etched into the inside of the bowl - so problem solved. The pan is also very well made. So overall, very good value for money.

Light and versatile for everyday use.
Have been using this pan for 2 years now for my everyday cooking. Love that it is stainless steel, not too heavy and the perfect size to cook dishes for 4 member family. Easy to clean, not too bulk and the lid fits perfectly for a tight seal. Highly recommend.

This pan is the ideal size for me. It works very well as a frying pan, saucepan or wok. Itโs very easy to clean and incredibly responsive to my induction hob. I love this pan!
