2020 cover does the water drain through the cover?

Eventually water will drain thru. This is a very cheap cover probably won’t last to spring. Mine had rips in it . I didn’t notice until it was installed, so I just have to deal with it but you have the ability to purchase a different cover. Good luck.

Purchased this cover and used it last winter. When removed in the spring had a tears in it. Is there any warranty?
