Though very expensive this is a fantastic machine and is very well built. If you can afford one I think its a great buy. Love the fact that its all steel. A bit industrial but thats what I like.

Discharges OZONE
This product may be very much in your mind, courtesy the extensive promotion capmaign they have undertaken particularly since the smog engulfed Delhi city in October-November. I got it from retail store in Noida and the moment I opened the packaging to read the manual, I was taken aback when I read: "DISCHARGE OF NEGATIVE IONS". This product discharges bit of ozone. This is not cool. I am giving it one star to dissuade you people against buying it. The best air purifier which is allergen free is Camfil. You may ask for IQ Air purifier. Also keep a check on CADR. Some companies show "cubic metre", some show "square feet". Regards

brand new unit for sale - used only for 1 night
i bought the unit on 10 november for rs 32,000 ... have used it only for 1 night ... approx 6 hours ... of room is too big and hence the blue air purifier was not effective ... and hence we wish to sell it and buy a bigger unit ... sale price 28000

Replacement filter available
Makes a bit of sound after a year or so, but at least the replacement filter is available in India unlike the Hitachi models
