Q: I have this but its getting leak without using pump what should be do?

It's think the product/ item is in damage condition So please return it

Q: Can the hot liquid be taken without opening the flask? And how?

Just press on the top of the flask and the liquid is pumped out of the nozzle. This is very convenient and safe. Besides, the liquid / water stays hot for over 24 hrs. I'm using the flask for over a year now and very satisfied
