As good as original. But don't know if its original. Fits perfect on xbox series x controller. You need security torx t8 driver to open the controller for replacing the thumpstick.

not rubber
Quality seems fine, except the pictures are misleading. There is no rubber, only textured plastic. the indent on top for thumb is not as deep as original either

Best fit for xbox controller. Not certain about the durability but seems sturdy and it should last.

Redgear pro users, go for it !
Suits nicely. It is bit smaller than the original one, but does the job. Point to be noted - there is no rubber grip, but the texture style is good enough. Although it will take a nice 1 hour to install. All the best XD

Incombatible product, don't buy
Bought this to replace by broken joystick, but the size is too small. It will not fit properly for an Xbozlx 360 controller. Dont bother wasting money
