Joining the Koffee Kult!
Absolutely brilliant coffee. Iโve been making it in a moka pot, but will be using a Bezzera espresso machine shortly. Road Dog has a luxurious bouquet and a deep rich chocolate carmel profile. Great deal here on Amazon! I thought seriously about trying other brands, but why mess with such a good thing? Update 11/20/2021 This Koffee rocks! The Bezzera BZ13 is bomb! Itโs not the whole of Heaven, but it has a window view ๐

Great coffee
I've tried a number of different coffee brands for an espresso maker with a built in grinder. Koffee Kult not only produces the best flavor, the grinder requires the least maintenance with this coffee.

Great coffee beans
We are very picky when it comes to our coffee. We have a high end expresso machine that can make all Sorts of coffee beverages but if the beans are sub par the machine canโt make up for bad flavor. These beans are consistently perfect no matter if weโre making expresso, americano, or latte. AND they are reasonably priced. I strongly recomend them. Especially this dark roast.

Smooth with Rich Full Flavor
One of my favorites for an everyday cup. Consistently roasted with a deep bold flavor yet it has a smooth finish. It has all the characteristics I prefer which is why I continue to order Road Dog time after time.

A go-to for the last 8+ months
Road Dog | Whole Bean | Using for 8+ months, 1x 1lb, and 1x 2lb bags over that time The Road Dog is absolutely outstanding. I'm usually bouncing around from sample pack to sample pack to find the "right coffee" for me, but this hits my needs right on the head. It's not at all bitter or acidic, but instead, it's super-dark and roast-y with a damn good flavor profile. I drink my coffee black, and even if I didn't, I'm not sure what else I'd want added to this. Suffice it to say I'll be ordering this for a good long while. The price isn't bad at all, especially when I factor in the enjoyment (and peace of mind, I suppose) I get from knowing I'm going to be brewing a really good cup of coffee in the morning.

1 Tablespoon makes for a great cup!
Some high-end brands want you to put two tablespoons per 6oz cup of coffee . But at 1 TBSP of ground beans per cup, this makes an OUTSTANDING (and I mean OUTSTANDING), cup of coffee, and your guests will rave about it. Tried 2 TBSPs per cup and enjoyed not nearly as much. I am giving it 5 stars for value because of using less beans.

Surprisingly average
I prefer black coffee with no additives so I was looking forward to trying this. I prefer darker and stronger. This brand was just avg IMO. Definitely bitter, but not much in an aftertaste or flavor. So I was surprised and disappointed. I live in Athens GA and have always have made Jittery Joes which is local. I still much prefer Jittery Joes dark options. They have no "flavor" oils and their small roasting and batching seem to produce a much better coffee IMO. I also recently tried DeathWish and it was better than Kult, but still not as good as Jittery Joes. And I love JJs old fashion metal cans..... I know sounds like I work for JJ. But I dont- we make composite baseball bats. Look up JJ and see what you think and if you can recommend something better let me know.

Great Value - Consistent Flavor
I like the coffee. I've been using Lavazza grand crema for a year, and it was just getting bland. I switched to another flavor of Koffee Kult but settled on Road Dog. Look, it's not gonna win against my favorite local roaster Ian, but it's not $25/lb either. I run 10 +/- shots a day through my super-automatic. This coffee gives me a full flavor, nice crema and doesn't plug up my machine with oily bean powder. It's on my scheduled delivery with Amazon, always on time and no problems ever.
