is this backward compatible and what cable included?

It should be backwards-compatible. I've had no problems with the hub I've connect to it which has my mouse and keyboard plugged into it, none of which are USB 3. It comes with the two cables the go from the back of the switch to whatever devices you're connecting it into, usually the computers. I haven't measured but I'd guess they're 2 to 3 ft long. They're USB 3.0 B to A cables. The B side goes in the switch, and the A side goes into whatever you're plugging it into.

can i use this to switch my blue yetti from ps to ps4?

I have my Astro mixamp connected to my PS4 and my PC via this switch so I believe it would work for your Blue Yetti.

Will this work with the sabrent 60w 10-port usb 3.0 hub (hb-b7c3)?

I have a USB hub connected with no issues. Not the same model, but similar. I have run into a issue with too much power being drawn by specific Logitech devices.

Will that support displayport usb devices?

more of a "yes but" - I used this and the amazonbasics port replicator to switch the input to my KVM and peripherals between two laptops. The major issue is DisplayLink needs to be as up to date as it can be, and it's still not a great standard for QoL - don't expect to do medium or high end gaming with it. Even some video things like skype or zoom tend to have screen tearing unless you have the image fairly small.
