Are these straps adjustable? I know that it says that thay are in the info, but some reviews say that they aren't.

No they're not adjustable. The ends attach to the sun glasses and the cord hangs behind your neck as it. Nothing to adjust.

What is the difference between C-line and C-mono?

It's the material the strap is made of, the mono is made of monofilament the c-line is a rubber coated material

Hi Marie,The retainer is about 18 inches long. It is much shorter than most retainers, it is made to fit closely as some people don't like their sunglasses to hang too low. Please keep in mind that the strap has a breakaway feature to prevent strangulation, much like a cat collar therefore has no warranty privileges.
