It does knock the edge off when you get a craving and gets rid of the urge to smoke. It's expensive but it's still a small price to pay if it's to do with your health and helps you quit. Would definitely recommend this.

I gave up cigarettes approx 6 months ago! Have been vaping for about 4 months!! Bought the inhalalator to quit the vape!!! Tried it but has no taste so not sure if it’s for me…☹️
