Not for me & didn't help me quit
Not great as I struggled with this and then went back to smoking. I think this would be an expensive way of giving up. It didn't work for me, as it was difficult to tell if there was nicotine left in the pod or not and you didn't know if you were throwing away an empty pod or full pod. I tried vapes but unfortunately these were not for me either. I have since found that an ecig works for me better and so far so good. Lasts longer and you get more for your money. If your looking to give up and want something similar to smoking try an ecig and not this item.
